Sources have revealed that terrorists might plan to attack using human bombs. Due to this threat, intelligence agencies have issued an alert.

As Independence Day approaches, security across the country is tightened. With preparations for the celebration in full swing, reports have surfaced that terrorists might use human bombs to carry out attacks. Intelligence agencies have issued an alert, indicating that VIPs could be targeted. The recent attacks in Jammu and Kashmir have led to increased vigilance.

Terrorists’ Possible Plan
The Pakistani intelligence agency ISI is reportedly supporting terrorist groups like Lashkar-e-Taiba, TRF, and Jaish-e-Mohammed, encouraging them to carry out attacks. After recent attacks in areas like Kathua, Doda, Udhampur, Poonch, and Rajouri, security forces have been advised to stay alert. There are reports that armed terrorists are still present in India and may target VIPs.

Potential Target Areas
Crowded and iconic locations might be targeted. For groups like Jaish-e-Mohammed and Lashkar, Delhi has always been a prime target. Pakistan has been sending weapons through drones to areas like Poonch and Jammu. Terrorists are using underworld crime syndicates to smuggle money and weapons. During Independence Day celebrations, many VIPs, including the Prime Minister, remain in open areas for extended periods.

Special Vigilance Advised in Delhi
There is concern that those who harbor hatred towards India might try to create disturbances. These could include Pakistani terrorist organizations, global jihadist groups, domestic terrorist groups, Sikh terrorist groups, and northeastern insurgent groups. Additionally, there could be individuals angry with the government’s decisions. Special vigilance has been advised at Delhi Airport and along the city’s borders.
