Bihar Elections 2025: Congress Working Committee Meeting in Patna on September 24, Krishna Allavaru Shares Agenda

The All India Congress Working Committee (CWC) will hold its meeting in Patna, Bihar on 24 September 2025. Preparations for the meeting have been completed. Several senior leaders, including Congress National President Mallikarjun Kharge, will take part in this important gathering.

On Monday, 22 September, Bihar Congress in-charge Krishna Allavaru addressed a press conference in Patna. He said, “In Bihar, we will not only discuss the issues of the state but also the concerns of the entire country.”

Key Issues on the Agenda

Allavaru said that the main topics of discussion will be unemployment, inflation, rising crime, women’s safety, and India’s weak stance on global matters such as the Trump ceasefire and surrender issue.

He criticized Prime Minister Narendra Modi, saying that even after 11 years in power, he has shown no interest in solving these problems. “The people must ask why he avoids addressing these issues,” Allavaru added.

Allegations of “Vote Theft”

He compared the central government to a student who does not study but instead copies, cheats, and leaks exam papers to pass. Similarly, he accused the Modi government of stealing votes instead of solving people’s problems.

Allavaru alleged that because of this, unemployment in Bihar and across India has not reduced, and the government believes it can continue to win by manipulating votes rather than serving the people.

Bihar-Specific Concerns

He also targeted the Bihar government, saying crime and lawlessness are increasing due to the failure of the police. “Young people asking for jobs are beaten with lathis instead of being heard,” he said.

The meeting will also focus on this issue of ‘vote theft’. He highlighted Congress campaigns like the ‘Stop Migration, Give Jobs’ Yatra, which was launched to raise awareness about unemployment and migration problems in Bihar.

Historic Venue for the Meeting

Bihar Congress President Rajesh Ram said the extended CWC meeting on 24 September will be a historic decision. It will be held at Sadaqat Ashram, a place of great importance during India’s freedom struggle.

“This land is sacred because it was part of the fight against the British. Holding the meeting here gives it a special meaning,” he added.
