Paris Paralympics 2024: India’s Schedule for Today, Stars to Watch

In the Paris Paralympics 2024, Indian para-shooter Manish Narwal is on the path to winning his second consecutive gold medal. He has secured a spot in the final of the men’s 10m Air Pistol SH1 event at the Châteauroux International Shooting Range. Narwal, who won a gold medal in the mixed 50m Pistol SH1 event at the Tokyo Paralympics, overcame a rough start and kept himself in the race for a medal. The final will be held today at 5:30 PM IST. Earlier, Avani Lekhara won a gold medal, while Mona Agarwal opened India’s medal tally by winning a bronze in the women’s 10m Air Rifle Standing SH1 event.

Track Cycling:

  • Women’s 500m Time Trial C1-3 (Qualification): Jyoti Gaderia – 1:30 PM
  • Men’s 1,000m Time Trial C1-3 (Qualification): Arshad Sheikh – 1:49 PM

Rowing:

  • Mixed PR3 Double Sculls (Repechage): India (Anita and Narayan Konganapalle) – 3:00 PM

Archery:

  • Women’s Compound (1/8 Elimination 2): Sarita Devi vs. Eleonora Sarati (Italy) – 7:00 PM
