As per the forecast, light to moderate rain is expected across Gujarat today. Heavy rainfall is anticipated in North Gujarat, specifically in the districts of Banaskantha, Sabarkantha, Aravalli, and Mahisagar. A yellow alert has been issued for heavy rain in North Gujarat today.
Due to a rainy trough coming from Rajasthan, moderate rain is also expected in Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar. For the next two days, a warning has been issued for strong winds in all districts of Gujarat. Fishermen have been advised not to venture into the sea for the next five days.
Ambalal Patel Predicts Heavy Rainfall
Weather expert Ambalal Patel has predicted that some districts in Gujarat may experience scattered showers today. Rainy weather is expected in the state until 14th August, with heavy to very heavy rainfall anticipated between 16th and 24th August. Southern Gujarat and western Saurashtra are likely to receive particularly heavy rainfall.
