UP Politics: Ahead of the Uttar Pradesh Assembly by-elections, BSP Chief Mayawati has started forming new strategies in Western UP. Former Rajya Sabha MP Munqad Ali has once again been given responsibility in the Meerut region. Along with this, the district president of the BSP has been replaced, and the party is relying on old faces again. After a party meeting, changes have been made in the leadership of different districts. There are hints that more changes will be made within the BSP soon.
Munqad Ali’s Role Grows in BSP
BSP Supremo Mayawati has increased the role of former Rajya Sabha MP and former BSP state president Babu Munqad Ali. He has been given charge of the Bareilly, Moradabad, and now Meerut divisions. Along with this, he will also be responsible for Uttarakhand. Munqad Ali will spend five days a month in Uttarakhand and five days in different regions of UP. However, wherever there is more need, he will focus on that area. The goal is to strengthen the organization and build new alliances to take the party to new heights. Additionally, Jaipal Singh Pal has been replaced as the district president of the BSP, and Mohit Jatav has been appointed as the new district president of Meerut. This is the fifth time that Mohit Jatav has been given the responsibility of BSP district president.

Prashant Gautam, Rajkumar Gautam, and Ravi Jatav Also Made In-Charges
Along with Munqad Ali, Prashant Gautam, Rajkumar Gautam, and Ravi Jatav have been made in-charges of the Meerut division. The Meerut division includes six districts: Meerut, Ghaziabad, Baghpat, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Hapur, and Bulandshahr. These new leaders will put all their efforts into these districts. Since there will also be a by-election on the Ghaziabad seat, which falls in the Meerut division, the BSP will fully focus on the election and try to build a new strategy.
