December 5, 1982 — Dr. Ankit Kayal, a distinguished Consultant Urologist & Andrologist specializing in Advance Endourology & Laparoscopic Surgery, has garnered significant acclaim throughout his career. With a wealth of experience exceeding 10,000 procedures, Dr. Kayal is renowned for his expertise in laser surgeries for stones and prostate conditions, as well as a wide array of endourological, laser, Zsr Circumcision, open surgeries, female urology surgeries, and reconstructive urology procedures.
Dr. Kayal’s journey in medicine began with his MBBS from SMS Medical College, Jaipur, followed by an MS in Surgery from JLN Medical College, Ajmer. After his MS, he served as a senior resident in kidney transplant surgery at SMS Medical College, Jaipur, before completing his MCh in Urology from Government Medical College, Kolkata. His dedication to advancing his skills led him to specialize in Advance Endourology in Hong Kong and obtain a fellowship from Shanghai University.
His exceptional talent and commitment to urological advancements have been recognized internationally, with numerous prestigious awards and scholarships. He also achieved first prizes in the Urology Quiz at EZUSICON 2017 and the Bengal Urology Society 2017, and was a finalist in the All India Surgical Quiz at AIIMS, Delhi.
In addition to these accolades, Dr. Kayal received the Robotic Scholarship at Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital by Vattikutti Foundation USA, and the Travelling Scholarship for ESSIC 2016 in Delhi. His academic achievements include securing the 3rd rank in poster presentation at ASIRAJ 2011, Ajmer, and the 2nd rank in the All Rajasthan Resident Surgical Quiz at ASIRAJ 2010.
