Gir Somnath Rain: Man Swept Away with Car While Washing It at Check Dam

Amid weather forecasts predicting rain, parts of Gujarat are experiencing rainy weather. A car was swept away in the strong flow of the Hiran River in Gir Somnath. This incident occurred at a check dam on the Talala-Sasan road. When the water level suddenly rose, the man had to abandon his car and run for safety. Heavy rainfall in the upper regions of the Gir forest caused the river to swell with a strong current.

Heavy Rain Forecast in North Gujarat – Ambalal Patel

According to weather expert Ambalal Patel, Gujarat is expected to experience rainy weather. Light showers are likely in some areas on August 22 and 23. There is also a forecast for 3 to 4 inches of rain in parts of Panchmahal and Vadodara. Heavy rainfall is expected in parts of North Gujarat, with a strong possibility of 6 to 7 inches of rain in some areas.
