A day before the Delhi Assembly Election 2025 results, political activity in the capital has intensified. The bribery case raised by the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) against the BJP is gaining attention. On Friday, February 7, the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) visited former Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s residence following instructions from the Lieutenant Governor (LG). A five-member ACB team went inside the residence.

As soon as the ACB team arrived, more lawyers from AAP’s legal team also reached Kejriwal’s house. The investigation was reportedly ordered after a complaint from the BJP.

Sanjay Singh at ACB Office

According to sources, AAP leader Sanjay Singh reached the ACB office to file his complaint. The ACB may record his statement based on the allegations he made.

No Official Documents with ACB?

AAP’s Legal Cell Head Sanjeev Nasiyar expressed surprise at the ACB’s visit. He said, “The ACB team has been sitting here for half an hour without any official documents or instructions. They are constantly talking on the phone. When we asked for investigation notices or authorization papers, they said they have none.”

Allegations of Political Conspiracy

Nasiyar further added, “Sanjay Singh is already at the ACB office filing a complaint. Who instructed the ACB team to be here? This is a political drama by the BJP, and the truth will come out soon. Without legal notice, no one will be allowed inside the residence.”

The situation remains tense as Delhi awaits the election results, with allegations and investigations adding to the political drama.
