According to the weather department, Gujarat is experiencing a rainy season, and a Red Alert has been issued for heavy rainfall in three districts: Bhavnagar, Narmada, and Chhota Udaipur. Additionally, an Orange Alert has been declared for 21 districts, including parts of North, Central, and South Gujarat, as well as four districts in Saurashtra.

Weather expert Chirag Shah predicts heavy rainfall over the next seven days. From August 23 to 25, heavy rains are expected in districts like Dahod, Panchmahal, Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Kheda, and Anand. The regions of Surat, Navsari, and Valsad might also experience intense rainfall.
Paresh Goswami Predicts Heavy Rain
Another weather expert, Paresh Goswami, has forecasted heavy rain in the coming days due to two active systems in the Arabian Sea and Bay of Bengal. This could result in heavy rainfall over the next three days, particularly in South Gujarat and coastal areas of Saurashtra. Many districts in the state are likely to experience intense downpours.
